To meet these social demands, NEC Solution Innovators, Ltd. has formulated the system to protect personal information and has been qualified by Japan Information Processing Development Corporation(JIPDEC) to show PrivacyMark since December 1999.

NEC Solution Innovators, Ltd. ("NEC Solution Innovators ") creates the social values of safety, security, fairness and efficiency to promote a more sustainable world where everyone has the chance to reach their full potential.
In working toward the realization of such a society, NEC Solution Innovators recognizes that the protection of personal information (including Specific Personal Information ,Social Security and Tax Number called "My Number", the same applies to the following) is its social responsibility, and has established a policy for the protection　of personal information. Efforts are constantly being made to implement and maintain　the policy. This privacy policy sets forth our principles as follows (note that the original is in Japanese):

NEC Solution Innovators obtains, uses and provides personal information properly based on Japanese Industrial Standard's "Personal Information Protection Management Systems - Requirements (JISQ 15001)". NEC Solution Innovators assigns a person in charge of protecting personal information at each of its relevant divisions, taking account of its organizational structure. Among other things, NEC Solution Innovators takes appropriate measures not to handle personal information other than for the specified purposes.
  2. NEC Solution Innovators abides by the laws, regulations and guidelines of Japan pertaining to the protection of personal information.
  3. NEC Solution Innovators makes efforts to implement, through the adoption of necessary and appropriate security control measures, the security control of personal information handled by NEC Solution Innovators, including protection from disclosure, loss or damage.
  4. NEC Solution Innovators appropriately responds to complaints and requests for consultation with respect to NEC Solution Innovators 's handling of personal information and its personal information protection management system. Please contact the designated person or place for inquiries.
